"true fullscreen" is available in Epiphany 3.6 which will be available
in Ubuntu 12.10 when it's released later this month.

Bug description:
One thing I like in Firefox 3 is the fullscreen mode which really does
make the web page fullscreen. I think this should be stolen and
implemented in Epiphany too.
