facebook publishing doesn't work

Bug description:
Facebook doesn't show up in the publishing dialog.
If only Facebook is enabled in preferences/plugins, upon selecting
"File-> Publish" get error message:
Unable to publish
Shotwell cannot publish the selected items because you do not have a
compatible publishing plugin enabled. To correct this, choose Edit ▸
Preferences and enable one or more of the publishing plugins on the Plugins tab.
This is after an upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 prerelease (up to date
packages as of today).
