Title:
U+FEFF leads Inkscape to crash
Status in Inkscape: A Vector Drawing Tool:
Triaged
Status in “inkscape” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: inkscape
Pasting the unicode character U+FFEF to a textbox this will lead to a
crash of Inkscape while saving the document as PDF. The character must
be inserted via copy&paste otherwise Inkscape would not accept it.
This is reproducible on Ubuntu 10.04.1 with Inkscape 0.47.0-2ubuntu2
and also with Inkscape shipped with Debian Lenny.
