Bug description:
TV frame in http://tvrain.ru doesn't always show video. To be
accurate, it does sometimes, but not most of the times. It worked for
me one time out of 20 I tried at different times. It either shows the
message that stream is not available, or the turning circle suggesting
that stream is downloading.
As a comparison, this stream always works on Windows 7. It also
doesn't work on FreeBSD-8.2 amd64. Though some people reported that it
worked for them in FreeBSD.
flashplugin-installer 11.1.102.55ubuntu0.11.10.1 on amd64 Ubuntu.
Running in firefox, ubuntu running in virtualbox.
