Title:
Screensaver displays the time in UTC

Status in “gnome-screensaver” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The top bar of the screensaver displays the time in UTC. While the normal
clock display e.g. "18:03" (local time) the screensaver displays "16:03" (UTC
as my timezone is +2).
My clock runs on UTC (UTC=yes in /etc/default/rcS) and my timezone should be
properly configured as "date" displays the time correctly.
This is with gnome-screensaver 3.0.0-2ubuntu2 from oneiric.
