Blank spacing at the top and bottom of the page are printing black

Bug description:
HP Color Laser Jet CP2025
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise)
Problem: When using system-config-printer to add the printer, blank spacing
at the top and bottom of the page are printing black.
Workaround: Do not use "Printer" (Printer Settings/system-config-
printer) to add this priter. Download and use HP Toolbox (hplip-gui)
instead.
1)
$ sudo apt-get install hplip-gui
2)
Configuration file `/etc/hp/hplip.conf'
What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:
Y or I : install the package maintainer's version

Remove the printer from Printing
4)
Add the printer from HP Toolbox
Press the green + button and follow the guide to add the printer
Setup device > Network/ethernet/wireless
Discover and add device
