Gwibber is currently showing messages from Facebook, so it is working.
So I went to the Accounts page and its still showing an "Authorize"
button for my Facebook account, unlike my Twitter account which
indicates that it has been authorised.

To verify that this issue still exists, I clicked the "Authorize" button
and followed the sequence of logging into Facebook, identifying my
device, etc. But this time (for the first time) I got a blank window
with only the message "success" written in it. When I clicked on the
Facebook account again it showed the "Authorize" button again. So it
seems the problem still exists, but its not a failure to log in, but
rather a failure to indicate success.

I had a look at my /home/$USER/.cache/gwibber/gwibber.log file, but
found nothing at all that indicated I tried to log in or authorise
again. So there is not much there to explain what happens.

PS: I'm currently still using Precise.
