  Messenger'

Status in “gnome-control-center-signon” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  If the Online Accounts dialogue is accessed in System Settings or via
  the Gwibber Edit > Accounts menu , it's description is shown in the
  Panel as 'Emapathy Internet  Messenger'.

  It may be that the description is 'Online Accounts' if it is first run
  from System Settings and the 'Emapathy Internet  Messenger'
  description is only fixed when it is run from Empathy > Accounts
