Thanks for reporting this error, and we're sorry we didn't get to it
earlier. Unfortunately it doesn't contain any specific information about
the error. And the code has changed a lot since your report, so it's
quite likely this problem has been fixed anyway.

If you still do experience the problem, please run the command
"software-center" at a terminal window. Then when the problem happens,
copy any error output from the terminal window into this bug report.

  Applications will not install.  They hangs in the process of
  installation of all applications.
