Marking fix released because we have already implemented this ;-)

** Description changed:

  On an up-to-date 12.10.

By mistake, I unlocked my DVD drive from the launcher (I wanted to eject
the DVD, but I clicked on "Unlock from Launcher" instead).

Now, even when ejecting and inserting back the same DVD, the DVD icon won't
appear anymore in the launcher.
I don't know if there is a user-friendly way to re-add such a device (same
problem with partitions) to the launcher. If there is one, it is not obvious
enough for me.

(`unity --reset` does not even work because it does not seem to reset
  the "com.canonical.Unity.Devices.blacklist" dconf key)
+
+ ---------------------------------------------
+ Desired Solution:
+
+ - All storage devices which which are not currently displayed in the
+ Launcher should be listed underneath the 'Folders' category header in
+ the File Lens. A user can then re-add these devices to the Launcher by
+ dragging and dropping.
+
+ - The devices should be shown in the File Lens default view e.g. they
+ should appear underneath the 'Folders' category header when the lens is
+ opened before the user has performed a search.
+
+ - After the user has performed a search, any storage devices that match
+ the search term should be displayed under the 'Folders' category header.
