stub_occlusion_query is just that, a stub that fakes support for
features the GPU doesn't fully support. Rendering issues when using it
are to be expected.

Bug description:
If i enable stub_occlusion_query on my intel gpu (gma 3150), unity (3D)
becomes laggy and buggy. For example, opening Dash at unity 3D takes about 60
seconds. Unity 2D is ok.
Enabling stub_occlusion_query ,,converts,, opengl support from 1.4 to 2.0.
Other Desktop environments didn't have any issues.

Tested on Unity 5.8, Ubuntu 12.04 (beta2), x86_64 (this issue is
  present on x86 too).
