Confirmed as affecting Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 2. Any and all custom keyboard shortcuts with an Alt in them fail to survive a reboot.
Simple reproduction: go into Keyboard, Shortcuts, Navigation and assign Ctrl-Alt-2 to Switch to Workspace 2. Press Ctrl-Alt-2 to demonstrate it working. Reboot. Press Ctrl-Alt-2: nothing happens.
