Bug description:
On the current precise and quantal versions of thunderbird offline
detection doesn't work which leads to quite some issues (tb keeps
trying to contact servers, try to send emails directly rather than
queueing them for later, fails to save draft, ...). It would be nice
if it would be integrated to network-manager
