GSM connected/disconnected notifications display wrong icons
Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Currently on connection the NM displays 3 full bars, whereas it should
display 4 full bars.
"Disconnected" icon shows 4 full bars with red x - it should show 4 empty
bars with red x.
