The attached example file was created using Windows XP and LibreOffice
3.5.x. The problem can be reproduced by opening the file and afterwards
opening the report.

  - Open an odb file containing tables, queries, forms, and reports
  - Open an existing reports (working in e.g. Windows XP + LO 3.x + 
  - Report should open report

  4) Error message box opens with text "Document X could not be opened,
  loading component  library failed:
  file:///usr/lib/libreoffice/program/../program/librptlo.so

  I checked for the named file and recognized that there is no such
  file.

  The following extensions are installed (not in parallel but both not 
working):
