Maybe it is possible just to ignore it in notifications? Because, every message that gets to the folder "Important" also gets to Inbox folder.

Fox ex. I receive a message on my Gmail box from Launchpad. It is duplicated in my Inbox folder and "Important" folder (see screenshot). It is also duplicated in the message-indicator and when I read this message in my Inbox folder it is not marking as read and still showing in Indicator-messages, Thunderbird windows and Thunderbird icon on the Unity panel. If I delete this message - in will be deleted from the "important" folder also. The problem is on any Gmail boxes and on any PC and laptop where I have installed Ubuntu.
