Bug description:
[Impact]
Sometimes a shadow right under the global menu becomes visible and gets
bigger over time. After a few seconds it disappears, just to reappear right
away.
[Test Case]
1. Maximize a Chrome window
2. Open several tabs
3. Hover the mouse over the very top part of some tabs so tooltips appear
Verify: No panel shadow ever visible while the window is maximized.
[Regression Potential]
Low. There are no known bugs in the fix. However worst case for the affected
code would be other visual changes in how the panel shadow is drawn. So still
low.
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
After installing 12.10 I have 2 visual issues. They look quite similar so I
will report them as one bug.
Sometimes a shadow right under the global menu becomes visible and
gets bigger over time. After a few seconds it disappears, just to
reappear right away.
