Hidden dashbar not openable by mouse tipping.

Bug description:
So I configured the dashbar to hide automatically and it should become
visible again when I move the mouse to the left border of the screen.
This worked like a charm in 12.04.
But now in 12.10 it doesn't work any more.
Even when the reveal sensitivity is as low as possible I cannot reveal the
dash bar by mouse movement.
Only the meta key helps on that.
