iBus doesnt show off on panel !

Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
After i updated to the new Ubuntu update, the iBus icon on panel had
be disappeared ! And in new Ubuntu 11.04, when i turn on laptop, the
default language in iBus is english and i can't change. In the last
Ubuntu, the default lang in iBus is the last language, which i used
before.
