Bug description:
What is expected: The Thunderbird menu shows in the global menu bar at the
top of the screen.
What is seen: The menu appears in the thunderbird window.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Thunderbird.
The global menu occasionally works (approx. 1/2 the time).
The accelerators (the underscore beneath the menu items) is always shown, not
just when ALT pressed.
This bug may be part of the GUI toolkit used by Thunderbird, or a bug
in Unity.
