[Oneiric] Skype Icon in Unity has problems

Bug description:
I am using Ubuntu Oneiric Beta2 with the updates of 27th September. I
installed skype skype:i386 2.2.0.35-0oneiric2 via the software center.
If I start it, the icon appears in the unity panel. When I click on
the x (close) in the skype window, skype and the icon disappear (as
expected). However, when I restart skype, it tells me that another
instance of skype is already running.
Also, if I minimize it, a click on the unity skype icon does not
maximize skype only, if focus has been layed on some other window
before.
