I got news, I hibernated my machine when I went from work and when I
came home and woke the machine from hibernation the machine was working
flawlessly.

The main point being that at the same time I noticed an Intel Display
Driver update from edgers repository which solved this particular issue.

I also attached my dpkg.log. The particular update that solved my issue
is occured at 2012-10-22 21:39:40.
