I've just tested this on 12.10, and am unable to reproduce. I'm going to
close this report, but if you continue to experience it, then please
reopen it and add additional information that will help to reproduce it.

  In fullscreen mode, Rhythmbox moves with a change in workspaces. Choosing a 
different workspace in Expo automatically moves RB there, moving via 
Ctrl+Alt+<arrow key> keeps you on RB no matter what.
