Its pretty common for me (I think my touchpad is a little wierd handling mouse presses). I run into it nearly every day and it drives me crazy :(
Is there any way we can fix it? Maybe someone could point me to the code where unique instances is handled? If you quickly try open the a video file repeatedly, before the first instance launches, you can recreate this behaviour.
