Typically one or more bars (on a bar chart) has an extra colour or there are strange boxes round the bars. I have attached a tar.gz containing a sample .ppt & its resultant .odp. Interestingly, when I posted a query about this on Open Office Community Forum, one reply was that on Windows 7 using OO3.2.1, the problem is fixed. I suggest that it would be a good idea to incorporate 003.2.1 into Ubuntu Lucid.
