  Crash when saving original Ms word doc as (odt) on windows Partition

Bug description:
  1- Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  2- LibreOffice 3.5.4.2  Build ID: 350m1(Build:2)
  3- Downloaded an Ms Word document and wish to save is as odt doc on windows 
partition
  4- System crash. Generates a recovery of the document on next
