libreoffice global menu disappeared if started by clicking on a
document

Bug description:
If libreoffice (affects all components, e.g. Writer or Impress or
Calc...) is started by double clicking on an existing document, the
globalmenu is not accessible (meaning, if I move mouse to the window
title area, the globalmenu does not appear) in this specific session.
If I start an empty libreoffice, global menu is there, and even after
I load a file using File/Open, the global menu is still alive.
