Title:
  CD line disappeared after release upgrade

Status in “alsa-driver” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  On previous releases of Ubuntu there was available CD line (inside
  analog capture line). But after upgrade to 12.04 this line
  disappeared. Chip is Realtek ALC888. How can I get this line back?
