YouTube video clips cannot be viewed in full-screen mode without
dropping frames
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-ati” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
In full-screen mode frames are being dropped when you watch YouTube
video-clips (even when "360p" resolution is selected).
This bug has been existing since the introduction of Unity on my
system. With the latest drivers and version of Unity/Compiz there
seems to be an improvement. :)
