Title:
  XvBA Hardware Acceleration doesn't work

Status in “fglrx-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in “xvba-video” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  XvBA Hardware Acceleration doesn't work even after installation of
xvba-va-driver package. vainfo output:
  libva: libva version 0.32.0
  Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
  libva: va_getDriverName() returns 0
  libva: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/fglrx_drv_video.so
  libva: va_openDriver() returns 0
  vainfo: VA API version: 0.32
  vainfo: Driver version: Splitted-Desktop Systems XvBA backend for VA-API -
0.7.8
  vainfo: Supported profile and entrypoints
        VAProfileH264High               : VAEntrypointVLD
        VAProfileVC1Advanced            : VAEntrypointVLD

  The intresting thing it's start working (in mplayer and libva from
ppa:gma500/emgd and latest VLC) after this command:
  export LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=fglrx

  So probably there is a fglrx or libva1 or xvba-va-driver packagin
  problem.

  Workaround: add this line
  LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME="fglrx"
  to /etc/environment file.
