"New separator" button causes crash
Status in “alacarte” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
As near as I can tell, the "new separator" button never does
anything.
In addition, in a menu I created, Settings->Games->AisleRiot (not to
be confused with the item of the same name), pressing this button
sometimes causes a crash report. (I don't know what happens to those
or where they end up, or I'd send it)
