Christopher, it is still there in LibreOffice (with Natty & Unity) In fact all the Send > Email As... options (Open Document Text.., Microsoft Word... and PDF...) give this error for a Base Report, but not for a Writer Document. In Writer, the attachment is created and attached to a new Evolution message.
