Cannot login in Emapthy after setting up Ubuntu Online Accounts

Bug description:
After setting up my online accounts in System Settings => Online
Accunts, Empathy still say "You need to setup an account to see
contacts here", and I cannot change status from offline to online. See
attached screenshot.
