Still happens in 12.10 e.g. when the network menu pops up.

Title:
Totem doesn't quit Fullscreen-Mode when focus is taken

Status in Totem Movie Player:
  New
Status in “totem” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: totem

When I have running Totem in Fullscreen an another window opens and
takes fokus (or I take it manually by using the compiz shift switcher)
  Totem doesn't quit Fullscreen.

The Result is a rather ugly look where the gnome-panel and the (now)
focused window are ontop of the fullscreen video. I think this is a
bug and not a preferred behaviour..

I am using 10.10 but i think it always behaved like that.
