It also appears that nothing is using couchdb-glib any longer either, as
evolution-couchdb was removed in Quantal; and couchdb-glib includes
bindings for desktopcouch as well.

Bug description:
For 13.04 it appears we can now remove desktopcouch from the archives.
The only package appearing to have binaries depending on it is dmedia,
which should also be dropped, as it's quite old; and upstream
maintains some PPAs which people should be using, to get
dmedia/novacut. Also, it appears that dmedia, which we've just been
pulling straight from debian, has been dropped from the upstream
debian archive as well (as has the desktopcouch package in debian).
