Menu bar doesn't work to export photos or add tags

Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.04 64bits, shotwell 0.12.3
Sometime, I d'ont have export or add tag in the menu activated, it's
not avaible, I must use keyboard shortcut to export or tag my
pictures.
De temps en temps les menus d'export ou d'ajout de tags sont grisé dans le
menu alors qu'avec les raccourcis clavier je peux effectuer l'action.
