Bug description:
TEST CASE:
1. touch foo
2. software-center foo
3. verify a crash
4. install software-center from precise-proposed
5. run software-center foo
6. verify that there is a error message instead and s-c startsup afterwards
Crashes when trying to launch a only partially downloaded .deb file.
*.deb.part
I think SC could handle this more gracefull.
