I'm not sure if we're ever going to really reproduce this -- the file is
no longer available on the internet. See
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJzVhh4RDm8, the file's origin.
_However_, since the commit that fixed the problem was obviously made
(http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-
good/commit/?id=628816784f3c83e76d01ce558e655d34c2181ae9), and the
release shipped, I think that any person would reasonably conclude that
this bug is no longer extant in 12.10. I'm going ahead and solving this.
