Public bug reported:

When I plug my Android phone into the USB port of my Ubuntu laptop, I am
prompted on what action should be taken when devices of this types are
plugged in. This good. However, I am reluctant to ask the dialog to
never pop up again because I don't see a clear way to re-enable it if I
change my mind.

There should be some way to open the "what action should be taken"
dialog again. For instance, in the context menu of the mount icon on the
Unity launcher.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Plug in USB media player.
2. See "what action should be taken" dialog.
3. Select "Do nothing" and check the "always perform this action" checkbox
underneath.
4. Next time you plug in the USB media player, the dialog does not come up and
there is no other apparent way to open it.
