  Saving as RTF messes with page 1

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Saving my document as "bug2.rtf" and re-opening results in a messed-up
  page 1.  Effectively the bottom margin has become some inches where it
  used to be less than one.

  I have made a snippet, and attached it as bug2.doc.
