unity freeze and the menu bar does not disappear.

Bug description:
unity freeze. menu bar does not disappear when reduced windows. The
dashboard is displayed by clicking the button Ubuntu.
Right click does not work on the desktop. The on / off button the computer
goes to sleep the computer instead of proposing different options (turn off,
pause, ...).
a "unity - replace" or "unity - reset" does not change.
