Bug description:
Since a few releases all scroll bars of thunderbird are in a ugly gray
(see attached screen-shot). The color is not changing if you change
the theming (e.g. from ambiance to radiance). The problem is not
present if you change the theming to high contrast.
The problem is also present in safe-mode and in the guest-session, but
not in my quantal vbox.
