Bug description:
The banner at the top of Software Centre has two buttons for skipping
back and forth through the banner ads. The arrows in these buttons are
off centre and are thus irritating my OCD gland. See zoomed-in
screenshot with added vertical line to show the problem more clearly.
If it's intentionally designed like that to give them some height then
I apologise, I'll suppress my OCD or close my right eye when using USC
in future.
