menu did not work when libreoffice open files

Bug description:
when I open an exist file (not from the libreoffice File>Open item) ,
some time the globel menu disappear and every time even if the menu
exist the menu item such as "exit","save", "save as", did not work,
but it can work when i use shortcuts.
