Bug description:
This is more an issue of just looking bad (subjective, I know), but
when a window title is longer than the window itself, the last few
visible characters before the title is truncated are transparent and
it just looks really really weird. See the screenshot attached to
this report. Notice that one of hte terminals has a long title that
is longer than the window width. You can see the terminal beneath it
through the letters at the end of the word "window" in the title.
