  Cursor jumps by default to the search field on start, which brings up
  onboard and covers part of the window

Bug description:
  When you open the System-Settings, the cursor jumps by default to the
  search field and the keyboard pops up but the cursor shouldn't jump
  there by default.

  This issue also affects ubuntu-software-center.
