Test case
1. Install at-spi2-core, libatk-adaptor, libatspi2.0-0 and gir1.2-atspi-2.0
from oneiric-proposed.
2. If accessibility isn't already enabled, enable it in system preferences,
and enable an assistive technology like Orca.
3. Log out, and back into GNOME.
4. Check to make sure that Unity 2D, Unity 3D, Firefox, and other GTK
applications are still accessible.

- Don't leave va_args dangling
- Have Socket's implementation of ref_state_set to return empty sets
instead of NULL
- Make sure the a11y hierarchy under an AtkPlug is generated when
