I have clean install of Ubuntu 12.10, Russian, UTF-8. I've seen it in Google Calendar webapp and Yandex Music webapp: application name, I can see if I click on right button on it's icon in Launcher, looks strange, with non-readeble symbols, apps don't appear in Messaging menu (Google Calendar) and Sound menu (Yandex music), Yandex music has no icon in Launcher, question mark instead of it.
