Bug description:
In Firefox 11, Ubuntu 12.04, the characters "f" and "i" when used next
to each other are not rendered correctly. This occurrs in the URL bar,
the search box, the filenames in the downloads window, and the browser
tabs. Different characters are rendered if you type "fi" (that is
"f"+"i"), "ffi" ("f"+"f"+"i").
Also If you type multiple f's then every f you type adds a little more
space between the rendered character and the flashing cursor (not
shown in the attachment.)
Please see the attached screenshot for an example of the problem in
the URL, tab, and search box.
