Ubuntu Software Center 5.4.1.2, Ubuntu 12.10

1. Navigate to "Installed".
2. Resize the window to its minimum width.
3. Select something you no longer want installed, and choose "Remove".

What happens: The "Progress" item appears, and the search field
disappears.

What should happen: The "Progress" item appears, and the search field is
still visible.

This is a regression of bug 876657.
